Every day you study leaves a mark.

Lamplet keeps count from your own reviews: how much you remember, the words you know, the days you showed up. A lantern, a tally and a book of seals turn that into something you can see.

The lantern

Study once a day and the lantern stays lit.

The day's first sitting lights the lantern. At seven, thirty and a hundred days in a row it jumps, spins and sets off fireworks, and your week fills in on the strip below.

  • A run means what it says. There are no streak freezes: a missed day starts it again.
  • The study day ends at 4 am, so a late night still counts for today.
  • A stroke of 正 for each day you study. Five finish the week, and finished weeks collect.
Seals 印谱

A seal for every milestone.

Nineteen seals in six chapters, each stamped with the day you earned it: runs of days, words known, reviews, characters, writing and listening, reading and watching. The one you earn today presses into the book as you watch.

  • Runs of 7, 30 and 100 days.
  • Words from 500 known to 2,000, and 500 mastered.
  • A clean day of thirty answers without an Again.
Characters 字帖

Every character you know, inked on the page.

Your list's characters sit on a copybook page, fifty-four to a sheet, in the order you meet them. Each one fills in as you learn it: an outline while you are learning, grey in review, full ink once you know it. A finished page gets its seal.

Friends 朋友

Keep each other going, if you want to.

Friends are off until you add one. Share a code or a link, and each week you see who studied most, with everyone's run.

  • Points come from study: a point per review, per minute of watching or listening and per speaking reply, two per word saved.
  • A page per friend shows their week and where the points came from.
The numbers

Figures you can trust, from your own reviews.

Retention, the forecast and your run come straight from what you answered, not from estimates.

Start today

Light the lantern on day one.

A short level check sets your first words. Study once a day and the run, the tally and the seals start counting from there.
